Batik, the Indonesian word that refers to a generic wax-dyeing technique used on textile. This language based on the interlayering materials that was applied to the podium block. The outer skin of the podium block is defined by the intermittent lines, forming the texture and building identity.
The batik is formed by the second layer of the podium block. Co-existing yet never merging. RGB LED lighting is used, in contrast with the white LED lighting mounted on the lattice detail. Guiding and gliding visually around the podium block, the blue and white light creates a movement to the design.
